We will handle all the logistics and follow your plan to make sure that you are able to enjoy your special day. Package can be customized to your needs. o 12 hours on the day of the event from start to finish o 4 face to face/ online meetings o Unlimited phone calls and emails o Vendor confirmations prior to the event o Review of the checklist with the bride and groom o Managing detailed ceremony, reception dinner, and vendor schedules o On-site ceremony rehearsal coordination (prior to your event) o Distributing all floral items to the wedding party o Ceremony coordination and directing guests o Reception coordination and overseeing all the details o Distribute all final vendor payments at the end of the event o Ensure all gifts and other items are returned to the elected personnel o Include a gift basket for the bride and groom
